Matchups confirmed for 2025 FIFA Club World Cup

MIAMI – The FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ is shaping up to be an intriguing spectacle when the expanded club tournament debuts a 32-team format featuring the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester City, Bayern Munich, River Plate, Boca Juniors, and hosts Inter Miami CF in the United States next year.

FIFA held its tournament draw on Thursday at the Telemundo Center in Miami, Florida, to determine the placement of the qualified clubs into eight groups. Inter Miami CF and Seattle Sounders FC, the two U.S. clubs participating, were preset to groups A and B, respectively.

CF Monterrey, Club León, and CF Pachuca round out the five Concacaf participants. Pachuca, the reigning Concacaf Champions Cup winners, were drawn into Group F with 15-time UEFA Champions League winners Real Madrid and Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal, which currently houses Brazilian star Neymar.
